Welcome to the Plain Error Blog

It’s a new year and 2008 brings the roll out of the Plain Error Blog, the official blog of the Innocence Project of Florida (IPF). IPF is a non-profit, legal defense organization with the mission of finding and freeing innocent individuals in prison through the use of DNA testing.

This blog will serve as a place for conversation about the issues of innocence in the criminal justice system and as an informational source about IPF cases and innocence work in Florida and nationwide.

We at IPF hope that 2008 not only brings happiness and health to our readers but, most importantly, justice for those wrongfully incarcerated in the Florida prison system.
